Discover Alpe du Grand Serre

Situated between Grenoble and Alpe d’Huez, the Alpe du Grand Serre resort is built at the top of a col between the Romanche Valley and the Roizonne Valley.

At 1368 m, it is surrounded by the Massif du Taillefer and the Grand Serre Mountain.

There are just 150 permanent inhabitants !

Although SATA lift company has been managing the resort since 2001, the skiing and tourism was started in 1938. It’s previous name « La Morte » was replaced in 1960 by the name « Alpe du Grand Serre ».
